Open Jonathan's simplified BRO exactly as his workspace is designed, while staying signed in as Eve.

Staff records & BRO access

Staff are not Contacts. Roy, Jonathan, Eve, and other team members belong here. Their staff record holds their work email, mobile number, role, team, and BRO permissions, so internal email/text history never requires creating a customer Contact.

For this BRO version, staff records are backed by BRO login profiles. Courseward should separate the Staff record from the optional login account so a staff member can exist even if they never sign in.

Staff Communications

Keep internal texts, emails, calls, and in-person notes on the staff member — never on a customer Contact. Message Center messages remain a separate internal messaging system and are not duplicated here.

Login setup for staff

Jonathan and Roy have shared editing access to BRO’s customer, inquiry, job, and appointment records. Today now shows each person’s own task list and greeting. Business records are shared; quick notes remain tied to each sign-in.

For testing: create an account below and save its initial password. This does not email anyone. Test in a private/incognito window. Creating a login does not overwrite an existing account.

Alternatively: send an invitation so they can set up access themselves. Choose one method for each person.

After testing, each person can use Change my password inside BRO, or Set or reset password on the login screen, to choose their own password. There is no master password.
